Thank you so much for producing such a brilliant wedding video for us.  We really appreciate your dedication and flexibility.  We had been looking forward to seeing it so much when we returned from our honeymoon, and it didn't disappoint.  Your video captured the day beautifully, and we love how you've edited the parts of the day to our choices of songs.  We had particularly looked forward to seeing the video guestbook, and it was such fun to see a side which we weren't privy to on the day.  We couldn't be any more delighted with the DVD!

Very sensitively and imaginative and at no time in the service were we aware of the filming. The finished product to a high standard and a wonderful living memory of a day which though special seems at the time to vanish in a blur. Our wedding budget was tight and having a video was a struggle. However after having you video our wedding I cannot stress enough to anyone who is wavering that if ever I was asked whether to choose a video or photos again I WOULD CHOOSE YOU to video and forfeit the pictures. You are truly professional and through the day we never noticed your presence, you were so discrete and unintrusive. When the film came back I cannot put into words what it meant to us all. We relived the day in detail, seeing so many things we had missed or had forgotten with the blur and excitement that came with the wedding. Every guest was captured and every cherished moment, with so many little expressions and gestures that may have been missed or forgotten. The official photos could not and never will capture what you did. Every part of the process was to the highest professional standard and you delivered exactly what you promised and surpassed it beyond our wildest imagination. The editing of the film you produced was absolutely amazing and the quality and attention to detail incredible. Every one who has seem the CD has expressed nothing but adulation and praise. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone wanting to capture a moment in time. So many things happen on a day that with time the memory fades out little pieces, but because of you, we will always have the day fresh to reminisce forever. If ever you need a person to vouch for your professionalism and wholeheartedly rec commend your services we would be more than happy. You may use any part of this letter, any video footage from our day, we would even happily verbally pass on how brilliant you are. To anyone who is worried about budget, hovering, wavering or holding back your decision to have Natalie do your video PLEASE DONT, make the CD your priority it will be the most worthwhile money spent on the wedding over and above anything else you pay for on the day (even the dress!- which you wear once, the CD is a moment in time never to be caught again that you can enjoy forever).
